*         Work Permits/Pink Slips: Students, if you requested a work permit or pink slip, please see Ms. Molina in the Discipline Office. Thank you!

*         If you were unable to take a school photo on campus, please submit a photo for the Yearbook on this Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdkDwYYMNUiBaGLzro8NxxL2bJfnHNGp0f4KNjdtToR6uRDqA/viewform. The deadline to submit a photo on the Google Form is April 30th! You can submit a photo using your phone, but you will need to login to your Google account. Please try to frame the photo from the shoulders on up and make sure it is school appropriate. We look forward to including your photo in the Yearbook!

*         It is election time for ASB offices and Class offices. ASB members have the opportunity to promote school spirit, plan inclusive activities, and learn the importance of service. If you are interested in running for office or want to join ASB as an appointed Senator then you will need to complete and submit an application by April 16th at 3:30 PM. The application will be available on the Google classroom and Schoology groups. The application must be returned by the deadline in order to be considered.

*         If you are interested in running for Class President, Vice President or Secretary/Treasurer then you will need to complete an application by April 16th at 3:30 PM. This means we are planning for a summer delivery in order to include sports and student coverage as well as Senior graduation! *         ASVAB Test: Due to the pandemic and the campus being closed, we are NOT able to administer the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test on site. In order to still take the ASVAB test at the Visalia office location, you MUST:

*         Attention Seniors! There will be COS Admissions Support Sessions every Wednesday through April 14th, 2021. COS representatives will be available to assist high school seniors with their COS admissions application for Summer/Fall 2021! Questions? This will not be part of the graduation ceremony this year. You will receive an invite via email on Wednesday, April 14th at 11 AM to attend a Zoom Meeting. *         Attention Seniors: Cap and Gown distribution will be on Wednesday, April 28th from 1-3 PM.  This will be a drive-thru event. Students/Parents will enter on Crenshaw and exit on Akers. If you have not ordered your cap and gown, you still have time. You may place your order one of the following ways:

*         We are excited to announce the Class of 2021 Graduation will be held in-person for all of our graduates following social distance guidelines. Graduation is set for Thursday, June 3rd at 3:00 PM at the Mineral King Bowl.      *   It will be a walk-through event
     *   Guests will walk the stadium with their graduate
     *   Graduates will sign up for their preferred time slots from 4/6/21 - 4/16/21 at 6 PM
     *   After April 16th, if graduates did not sign up for a time slot, a time slot will be assigned to all remaining graduates
     *   Tickets will be provided to graduates prior to the June 3rd ceremony
     *   Please Note: A MAXIMUM of 10 guests per graduate and 2 cars are allowed in the Mineral King parking lot. Vehicles over 20 feet in length will NOT be permitted in the parking lot.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

SPORTS

*         Attention Juniors and Seniors who are thinking of playing sports in College. You MUST register with the NCAA Eligibility Center to be eligible to participate. Students must be enrolled in a certain number of academic courses in High School to qualify at the college level. Qualifications vary based on the division in which your College participates in athletics. Speak with your Learning Director if you have any questions or concerns.
