ATTENTION SENIORS:

**Seniors that didn't attend the Senior meeting, please see Mrs. Hall as soon as possible.
Graduation practice is May 31st @ the Mineral King Bowl. Please be there at 7:00 am.

GRADUATION:  Seniors....be in the Redwood Gym @ 6:00 pm on May 31st!!!

SENIORS - Tell ALL your family and friends that your 2017 Graduation Ceremony will be streamed live on the Internet for FREE. Visit our Golden West website for details ... http://vusd.org/GoldenWest

SENIORS! Sign-up in the Counseling Center to have your final transcript sent to the college you will be attending in the fall. Fill out the transcript request form and turn it into Mrs. Hall-Registrar before graduation.

Caps and gowns will be distributed in the front office. If you need to pick up your pre ordered items please see Mrs. Cabasa before school during lunch or after school.

Senior Girls:  If you did not receive the # 17 on your tassel please bring your tassel to Mrs. Cabasa so that you may exchange your tassel for the one that does include your graduating year number. We just received a new shipment.

Counseling Dept.:
Visalia College Fair is coming to Visalia, Monday, June 12, 2017! The fair will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Colleges from across the state will be in attendance to discuss how to make students' college aspirations a reality.

Workshop topics will include:  How to Make a College List, Athletic Recruitment, Selective College Admission, Being a First-Generation College Student, Transfer Admission, Financial Aid and more. Sports:

Looking for any girls interested in learning how to play golf this summer. Free golf lessons will be offered at Exeter Golf Course with golf teaching professional Steve Maaske, Monday and Thursday afternoons from 4:00-6:00 starting June 5. See Mrs. Geiger in the girls' locker room to sign up.

All new and returning girls thinking of playing golf next fall, come to an informational meeting on Tuesday, May 30th at lunch in the main gym.

Athletic Clearance: We are excited to announce that Golden West is now offering online student - athletic clearance through Family ID.  This is a secure and user friendly way to register for our athletic clearance.  We encourage all students who will be participating in our athletic programs next year to be registered before our sports physicals.  All information can be found on the Golden West website .....trailblazerathletics.com then click on Student Athletic Clearance tab.   This form of clearance will now be mandatory along with a current physical.

XL PROGRAM:

Seniors! Make sure you come by the Career Center in the library after school. There are computers you may use. XL's college & career ambassador will be present to help and answer questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you there.

SPORTS MEDICINE: Learn how to tend to athletes in Sports Medicine! Class meets Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30-5:30 in the Trainer's Room!
