STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

* Garden Club
Garden Club meets today after school.

*Presidents' Day
There will be no school on Monday, February 18th in honor of Presidents' Day.

*All the world is a stage and we are its players... So come audition for the school play FRIDAY after school in LM3! If you would like to audition you need to stop by LM3 as soon as possible to pick up your monologue and to schedule an audition appointment with Mr. Morris. We would love to have you join our cast!


SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS

The JV Girls Soccer team had a hard fought battle against Green Acres yesterday, ending in a 0-0 tie. Carmen Gaebe, Taylor Vandergriff and Beya Villarreal kept pounding shots against their goalie.  Our offense kept our team on their half all game, lead by Jaydn Rivas, Jordyn Soto and Madeline Alvarez. Outstanding defense by Alllison Alvarez, Isabella Struhann, and Michaela Castro. Goalie Alisha Vasquez  had two saves, to keep the game to no goals. Come check your girls out next Tuesday at their last game against Valley Oak.

On Wednesday the JV boys Basketball team defeated Woodrow Wilson, 28-21. The team was led by Abraham Maciel with (13 points), Keynen Gomez (6), Santana Guijarro (4), Emmanuel Robles (3), and Jayden Dillihunt (2).

On Thursday the team beat Green Acres, 35-19. The team was led by Abraham Maciel (14 points), Santana Guijarro (11), Keynen Gomez (5), Kevin Baldwin and Jayden Lopez (2), and Emmanuel Robles (1). Great defense from Guijarro, Robles, Maciel, Gomez, and Jordan Sanchez.


Wednesday 2/13

Home Game- Girls Basketball vs. Valley Oak- 3:30pm (release time 3:05) 8th grade night.

Basketball & Soccer practice @ 3:30pm

Wrestling practice @ 6:00pm


Thursday 2/14

Girls Basketball playoffs @ Washington Intermediate (Game time & Release time TBD)

Girls Soccer playoffs @ Divisadero- Game time @ 2:00pm (RELEASE TIME 1:15pm)

Wrestling Practice @ 6:00pm
