LJMS Mysteries
Our weekly mystery is out now. Go to our Mysteries Website<https://sites.google.com/vusd.us/ljms-mysteries/129> to see if you can solve the mystery! You can also join us for a Q&A session from 1 to 2pm today to ask Yes or No questions about the mystery. If you think you have solved the mystery, record a FlipGrid with your solution!

Do YOU want to be part of the First EVER Virtual Rally!?

ASI Information

ASI will take place Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Don't forget to check your email to see if your teacher has assigned you to ASI.  ASI is not optional, be sure to show LJ pride and attend your assigned interventions.

Grab-n-Go Meals will be distributed once a week, on Thursdays ONLY at two service times.

  *   Day service: 10:00am to 12:00 pm
  *   Evening service: 5:00pm to 7:00pm

LOCATION:  In front of the school, in the parking lot.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for the entire week, for students enrolled in VUSD


Play Students
Reminder that we have Play Rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5pm. Please make sure you join us for rehearsals if you intend to participate in the play. The link to our Zoom Meeting is in our Google Classroom. Email Mr. Morris for the link if you do not already have it.

La Joya Film Festival

Are there any Actors, Directors, and Editors out there!? Do you want to show off your movie making skills!? If so, we are holding La Joya's first ever film festival! All you have to do is create an original five to ten minute movie based off of one of the six categories. All of the information needed will be posted on our Film Festival Website which can be found in the Film Festival Update on your Course Dashboard. The email addresses of the Event Organizers can be found on the Film Festival Website so that you can email them if you have any questions. We are looking forward to seeing your submissions!

ORCHESTRA instruments, tuning and fix-it time is every Wednesday from 11- noon.
