Good morning Explorers, let's remember to have La Joya PRIDE in everything we do!


STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Grab-n-Go Meals will be distributed once a week, on Thursdays ONLY at two service times.

  *   Day service: 10:00am to 12:00 pm
  *   Evening service: 5:00pm to 7:00pm

LOCATION:  In front of the school, in the parking lot.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for the entire week, for students enrolled in VUSD


Winter Break

Winter break will be from Monday, December 21st, through Friday, January 8th.  Have a great break!


Play Students
Reminder that we have Play Rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5pm. Please make sure you join us for rehearsals if you intend to participate in the play. The link to our Zoom Meeting is in our Google Classroom. Email Mr. Morris for the link if you do not already have it.

Congratulations!

The following students have received positive referrals.  For 7th grade, Emery Rhyman, Eric DeLaCruz, Jesus Sosa, Audrey Nordin, Joana Cruz Mendez, John Equihua, Jacob Carvalho, Amelia Velasquez, and Sofia Denney.  For 8th grade, Martha Magana and Alex Jimenez.  Way to go Explorers!  Keep checking future bulletins for more names.

ORCHESTRA instruments, tuning and fix-it time is every Wednesday from 11- noon.
