Today is a regular bell schedule

Good morning Explorers, let's remember to have La Joya PRIDE in everything we do!


STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
.

*ASB is selling pizza today, $2 a slice and $1 for a water.

*Breakfast is being served inside the cafeteria before school and at break.

*There will be no school on Monday, January 20th, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

*The selling of outside food, snacks, or drinks is not permitted/allowed on campus.

*When bringing money to make purchases on campus, please do not bring anything larger than a $10 bill.

*Spelling Bee try-outs are this Thursday, Jan 16th Before school (7:30, first lunch, 6th period, or after school at 3:20).  If you need a pass for first lunch or 6th period, see Mrs. Allen in Room 503.  Winners will be announced on Friday, the 17th.


Sports ANNOUNCEMENTS



Tuesday 1/14

Basketball/Soccer Games vs. Woodrow Wilson @ 3:30pm .
Girls at Home (release all soccer at 3:00pm and 7th grade basketball at 3:00pm).
Boys @ Woodrow Wilson ( Release time 2:00pm).
Wrestling practice at 5:30pm.


Wednesday 1/15

Basketball/Soccer Games vs. Valley Oak @ 3:30pm.
Boys at Home (release all soccer at 3:00pm and 7th grade basketball at 3:00pm).
Girls @ Valley Oak ( Release time 2:35pm).
Wrestling practice at 5:30pm.

The next PTSA meeting will be held on Monday, January 27th at 5:30pm in the Library.
