STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

There will be no school tomorrow, November 11th,  in observance of Veterans Day.

Student Equity Forum

You are invited to attend our Student Equity Forum
Monday, Nov. 16th 3:15-4:15

This forum is an opportunity for our students and staff to engage in conversations, learn and share their thoughts on what our school can do to create a more positive, safe, and inclusive culture for our students, staff, and families.

La Joya Rally

Students and staff.  The La Joya Rally is coming up soon and we will be asking you to participate by filming yourself doing the games and activities. Look out for an email later today from Leadership with instructions on how you can participate in the Rally.

Attention Play Students

Our first play rehearsal will be after school today from 3:30-4:15pm Make sure you log into the Google Classroom for the play to get the Zoom link so that you can attend the rehearsal.


Grab-n-Go Meals will be distributed once a week, on Thursdays ONLY at two service times.

  *   Day service: 10:00am to 12:00 pm
  *   Evening service: 5:00pm to 7:00pm

NEW LOCATION:  In front of the school, in the parking lot.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for the entire week, for students enrolled in VUSD

ID cards for students are recommended.

ID cards for La Joya students, can be picked up at the student window between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
