1. Landed a job and need a work permit?  Come to the front office and pick up an application with Mrs. Reyes

2. Student replacement IDs are $10.  Please fill out a half sheet in the Finance Center and pay Ms. Chavez. Then please pick up your ID the next day from Mrs. Reyes in the front office
3. Attention Students: Do you know someone or have you watched vandalism of restrooms?  Please help us and inform the main office or administration.
4. Yearbook is accepting applications for next year's yearbook staff.  If you are interested in joining this great opportunity, please apply using the google form that was sent out in Schoology.
5. Wanting to be in one of our ASB classes for next year? ASB applications are open from now until April 22nd. Pick up a packet from Ms. Taylor in the Amaral (ASB room). Interview dates and times are to be determined for the first week of May!
6. Tutoring is offered before and after school in the library. IT IS FREE for all students. If you need help with your homework, please go to the library Tuesday thru Friday at 7am OR Go to the library after school to get the help you need.
7. Attention Junior and Senior girls- Need a dress for prom or just a party dress? It is time for the Enchanted Evening Prom Dress Give-Away! You do not have to go to prom to get a dress!! The event will take place on April 9th 2022 at the Wyndham Hotel. It is a first-come first-serve event. In order to participate, you MUST sign up with Ms. Cantu in the counseling office by April 6th.
8. Congratulations to the winter drumline on their 1st place win at Championships this weekend. With a score of 80.1, they swept their class in every category including music, music effect, visual and visual effect. They are officially the High School Regional A Champions. Congratulations drumline, we are so proud of you!
9. Fun stuff happening in XL- On April 20th, there will be an Uno Card game tournament in room S11 after-school. Join in to win prizes! After-school on April 21st in room S11, there will be a showing of Princess Mononoke the classic anime movie. Snacks and Popcorn will be provided.  April 27st in room S11. Join XL for a Spring Paint Night. All supplies will be provided.  April 28th Loteria Night in room S11. Prizes will be handed out to winners.

  1.  If you have not ordered your cap and gown, please do so at josten.com or 1-800-jostens and your order will be delivered to the front office.

  1.  There will be two speech opportunities at this year's Commencement Ceremony:
#1- the Welcome Speech--a pre-written speech in English and Spanish; and
#2- the Senior Speech-written by the applicant.

#1-The Welcome Speech will be a pre-written speech.  We need someone to read the English version and someone to read the Spanish version.  When you sign up, you will be given a copy of the speech for you to practice.
#2-The Senior Speech will be written by the applicant.

Auditions will be held on Tuesday, April 26th, after school in Mrs. Oto's classroom, B25.  You may sign up with Mrs. Reyes beginning Tuesday, April 5th and select the speeches you want to audition for.  Deadline to sign is April 22nd.

  1.  Attention Seniors Who Attended Ridgeview!  A new scholarship was added late this year. Our forms were updated to include Scholarship #26 for a graduating senior who attended Ridgeview Middle School. If you have already submitted your application and qualify for this scholarship, please call Laura Pace at (559) 972-6976 or email scholarships at visaliaedfoundation.org<mailto:scholarships at visaliaedfoundation.org> and we can modify your application to include this if you are eligible.
