1. Landed a job and need a work permit?  Come to the front office and pick up an application with Mrs. Reyes

2. Student replacement IDs are $10.  Please fill out a half sheet in the Finance Center and pay Ms. Chavez. Then please pick up your ID the next day from Mrs. Reyes in the front office
3. Attention Students: Do you know someone or have you watched vandalism of restrooms?  Please help us and inform the main office or administration.
4. Yearbook is accepting applications for next year's yearbook staff.  If you are interested in joining this great opportunity, please apply using the google form that was sent out in Schoology.
5.  Hello Students- Please show your Pioneer Pride by throwing away your trash in a trash can.  We have over 100 trash cans for your use.  We ask you to throw away your food after lunch also.  Please keep Us keep our school clean. Thank you from the Grounds Workers
6. Wanna learn how to draw anime? Join the Animation class Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school in room S-11.  Need help with your homework? The library is open and offering tutoring.  Starting at 7am Tuesday thru Friday and also after-school, at 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday. Join the Hip Hop dance club meeting Monday and Wednesday after school in the dance room.
7. The Mt. Whitney Dance Program hasn't had an in-person dance show since 2019 and they are COMING IN HOT!  Tickets for sale in the MW Main Office for $10.  Dance Show dates are March 25 & 26 at LJ Williams Theater.
8. Spring Fling will be held outside at Mt. Whitney High School on Saturday, April 2nd. The theme this year is Sports, "GAME ON". Tickets will be sold in the library starting Tuesday, March 29th through Friday, April 1st! Tickets are $10 with ASB sticker, $20 without, and $40 at the door! Please email Ms. Taylor with any Spring Fling Questions.
9. Wanting to be in one of our ASB classes for next year? ASB applications are open from now until April 22nd. Pick up a packet from Ms. Taylor in the Amaral (ASB room). Interview dates and times are to be determined for the first week of May!
10. To kick off the Spring Season, there will be a Paint Night in room S11 after school on Wednesday March 23rd.
11.  Loteria Night on March 25th in room S11. Come win prizes!!!!!
12. Tutoring is offered before and after school in the library. IT IS FREE for all students. If you need help with your homework, please go to the library Tuesday thru Friday at 7am OR Go to the library after school to get the help you need.
13. Congratulations to the Mt. Whitney drumline on their 1st place win at the Sierra Pacific competition this weekend. Also, congratulations to all of our solo competition performances by Sara Bearden-Bly, Cynthia Chacon and Anna Gonzalez, you did an amazing job! Our next performances are at Golden West March 30th at 6 pm and Championships at the Golden Eagle Arena in Lemoore on April 2nd.
14. Attention Junior and Senior girls- Need a dress for prom or just a party dress? It is time for the Enchanted Evening Prom Dress Give-Away! You do not have to go to prom to get a dress!! The event will take place on April 9th 2022 at the Wyndham Hotel. It is a first-come first-serve event. In order to participate, you MUST sign up with Ms. Cantu in the counseling office by April 6th.

  1.  Attention Seniors Who Attended Ridgeview!  A new scholarship was added late this year. Our forms were updated to include Scholarship #26 for a graduating senior who attended Ridgeview Middle School.
