DAILY BULLETIN

Students:

1.     Attention students: If you leave campus or cross the street you are not allowed to ride the bus home.

2.    Students are to use the MPR bathrooms at break and at lunch. Center Bathrooms and East Bathrooms are off limits during those times.

3.    Students who use cellphones to record school activities can face disciplinary action. Cell phones are to be put away and not seen during school hours.

4.    Students, make sure your clothing meets dress code. You will be asked to change if you are out of dress code.

5.    Do you have boring basic Saturdays? VO has a program known as Saturday University where kids can experience school in new ways than ever before. Our next Saturday University is December 2nd, from 9:00-1:15. ALL students are welcome.  If you would like more information about Saturday U, visit the Valley Oak web page.

6.    Any students attending Golden West football games must be accompanied by one of their parents or they will not be admitted.

7.    Due to the assembly, snack bar windows on Monday and Tuesday will be open for regular lunches.

8.    This week kicks off Pulse Club Rush. We have 10 new clubs we will be introducing through the week and sign-ups will be on Friday.  Clubs being featured are art, leadership, baking, science, basketball and dodge ball leagues, dance, teen talk, and RC Clubs. Harry potter club meets once a week on Fridays. JOIN TODAY!!

9.    Attention Students: We are holding our annual canned food drive until November 16th.  Please place any canned food or non-perishable food items in the box in your first period class. The 7th and 8th grade first period classes that collect the most items will receive a doughnut breakfast party.

10.  Reading Revolutions in the library at lunch this week Wednesday 2nd lunch and Thursday 1st lunch.

11.  Tonight (Tuesday, Nov. 7th) is Valley Oak Choirs' FALL CONCERT.  Admission is free and the doors of the MPR open at 6:20. Come down and listen to your classmates perform and enjoy the music!

12.  Attention parents! All basketball and soccer team tryouts are from Mon-Thursday (11/6-11/9). Students will be released from tryouts no later than 5:30p. Wrestling practice starts Monday, November 13th.
