Students:  You are required to show your ID card to get off campus during RTI and Lunch

SENIOR INFORMATION



Transformers due to the office TODAY.  See Mrs. Roebuck or Mrs. Gutierrez.



Senior Scholarship Night is Tuesday, May 30th in the Arboretum.



UC'S AND CSU'S REQUIRE THAT YOU SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT NO LATER THAN JUNE 30TH.  YOU MUST COMPLETE A REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT FORM IN THE OFFICE.



You must have 94% attendance to participate in graduation activities.  Attend classes daily, on-time, and Saturday School as needed to make up absences.

STUDENT INFORMATION

Job Shadow students who have not turned in a thank you note to the office will be placed on the RTI list until the thank you note is received.  See Mr. Craft if you need the final stationary.



VTEC Family and Friends, come out and support the VTEC High School Blood Drive on Friday, May 26th from 8:30am -12:30 pm.  Donors must be in good general health, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and be at least 16 years old (Donors under 18 years of age must have written parental consent). Donors should eat a good meal and drink plenty of water within 4 hours prior to their donation. Donors can give blood every eight weeks. Photo ID is required at donor registration.  STUDENTS - SIGN UP IN THE OFFICE AND GET A PERMISSION SLIP.  See the nurse with any questions.



Students and Families:  Make plans to attend the FREE WACAC College Fair on Monday, June 12th from 5-8pm at the Visalia Convention Center.  Register at:  https://www.wacaccollegefair.com/Registration/EventSelectForState?stateName=All or visit the VTEC website.  This is a great way to visit lots of colleges without EVER leaving town!
Students leaving campus at lunch will be scanned out. Students who are academically ineligible, have excess tardies, or have moved to Behavior Intervention Tier 2 will NOT be allowed to leave campus.  Students may be scanned at the main gate and the gate next to Room 12. Students caught leaving without being scanned will lose lunch privileges.

COS INFORMATION


VTEC students are to take a minimum of one COS course per year.  Many students are taking more, and are on track to graduate with their AA degree, and/or with many transferable credits.  It's not too late to register!  See Mrs. Williams.


As the COS semester ends, make sure you bring your report card and any receipts to VTEC  (JZ) to have grades added to your transcript and request reimbursement of fees/textbooks (bring the book(s).
