STUDENT INFORMATION

Loitering on the Linwood Avenue sidewalk in front of VTEC is no longer allowed! Designated waiting areas are the sidewalk directly north of the gate and the sidewalk directly south of the Staff Door. Students should wait in these areas until their ride arrives. Students may only cross the parking lot when leaving school, either by foot or to enter a vehicle at the curb.

Students and Families: Make plans to attend the FREE WACAC College Fair on Monday, June 12th from 5-8pm at the Visalia Convention Center. Register at: https://www.wacaccollegefair.com/Registration/EventSelectForState?stateName=All or visit the VTEC website. This is a great way to visit lots of colleges without EVER leaving town!

Students leaving campus at lunch will be scanned out. Students who are academically ineligible, have excess tardies, or have moved to Behavior Intervention Tier 2 will NOT be allowed to leave campus. Students may be scanned at the main gate and the gate next to Room 12. Students caught leaving without being scanned will lose lunch privileges.

COS INFORMATION

VTEC students are to take a minimum of one COS course per year. Many students are taking more, and are on track to graduate with their AA degree, and/or with many transferable credits. It's not too late to register! See Mrs. Williams.

As the COS semester ends, make sure you bring your report card and any receipts to VTEC (JZ) to have grades added to your transcript and request reimbursement of fees/textbooks (bring the book(s).
