STUDENT INFORMATION

January 30th - Senior Portraits due to Mrs. Fraley for the Yearbook submission.

Semester 2 Schedules have been handed out to students.  Students need to complete a Class Change Request Form (available in the office) if they need to request a schedule change.  THE LAST DAY TO REQUEST A SCHEDULE CHANGE IS THURSDAY, DECEMBER 20TH.

Scholarship Foundation Fundraiser - Tamale/Enchilada sales.  Orders are DUE to the office by Tuesday, December 11th. The Tamales and Enchiladas will be available for pick-up on Thursday, December 20th at 1:00pm (after school).  Please note that this pick up time is during Finals and we will be following the Finals Bell Schedule.

VTEC Decals - VTEC window decals are for sale in the office - $5.

Student Store -The Student Store will be open Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Students - The Student Store will be open to students during lunch Monday-Fridays.

Students: Leaving campus for lunch is a privilege. That privilege is lost when you have 3 or more tardies (5 days campus restriction), are tardy on Friday morning (Friday only), have any grade below a C on your Quick Look Up, have attendance below 95%, or are on a Behavior Tier.

Students:  Reminder - The front parking lot is for staff, parents and visitors only.

Students:  If you order food to be delivered during lunch, the office will NOT accept the delivery.  You must meet the delivery at the front gate.

SENIORS

Jostens orders may now be placed by calling 1-800-Jostens, or visiting their office at 1222 W Murray Ave, Visalia, CA 93291.  Orders are not accepted in the VTEC office.

FAFSA Application Workshop (12th grade only) - January 28, 2019 @ 6pm in the VUSD Board Room.

March 2nd - Last day to submit FAFSA.

COS INFORMATION

Students enrolled in COS classes for Spring 2019 must attend a mandatory student meeting during RtI on Friday, December 14th.  Room TBA.
Parents of students enrolled in Spring, 2019 COS classes must attend a mandatory parent meeting at VTEC in Room 4 on December 18th.  There will be two meeting time options, 3:30pm and 4:30pm.

Mandatory Next Steps for COS Spring Registration...


1.    Turn in COS request forms to Mrs. Williams if registered for COS classes;



2.    Pay fees, if any (usually materials fees for art, welding, culinary, etc.) or you will be dropped from your entire COS schedule!  Do this in Bannerweb;



3.    Purchase books (online, at book store) or borrow books from VTEC if available in the office;



4.    Purchase a bus pass in the office or a parking permit at buymypermit.com/COS.
