Make sure to entire the fall 2018 semester and submit before searching! * Concurrent High School Permission forms will be distributed to all VTEC students in AVID the week of April 2nd. Completed forms, including parent signature will be due April 13th o Forms must list exact courses students wish to take, for example, Math 230 or Comm 001. COS Request Forms will be distributed on April 13th. Students may then transfer the course information form the HS Permission form to the COS Request form. Complete the entire form and take it home for parent signatures. This will be your ticket in the door on May 1st.
