STUDENT INFORMATION

As part of our campus beautification, VTEC will be cleaning out the lockers in all restrooms.  If you are using a locker and have items that you wish to keep, please take them home by the end of school on Friday November 2nd.  All items left in the lockers after the deadline will be discarded.  Lockers will be assigned to students requesting them in the coming weeks.  More to follow.

Seniors:  Jostens will be on campus November 1st at 8:00am to take Cap & Gown orders during AVID in Room 4.

FFA Drive Through BBQ is November 1st from 5:00pm-7:00pm.  Tickets are $12.00 each or a family four pack for $40.00.  Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased from an FFA student.

Scholarship Foundation/PTO meeting - Thursday, November 1st, at 6pm in Room 4.

Students:  COS students: if you took a COS course last spring or during the summer you must turn in your COS transcript to Mrs. Roebuck in order to receive high school credit for the course. Taking two or more college courses may also make you eligible for the College and Career Readiness cord awarded by the school district. GET THOSE TRANSCRIPTS IN!

Student Store -The Student Store will be open Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Students - The Student Store will be open to students during lunch Monday-Fridays.

Students: Leaving campus for lunch is a privilege. That privilege is lost when you have 3 or more tardies (5 days campus restriction), are tardy on Friday morning (Friday only), have any grade below a C on your Quick Look Up, have attendance below 95%, or are on a Behavior Tier.

Students:  Reminder - The front parking lot is for staff, parents and visitors only.

Students:  If you order food to be delivered during lunch, the office will NOT accept the delivery.  You must meet the delivery at the front gate.

Junior Parent Night - April 10, 2019 @ 6pm in the VUSD Board Room.

November 6th - COS Financial aid workshop from 1:30pm-3:15pm in Room 4.

November 1st & 8th - Jostens meeting in Room 4 during AVID.

November 26th - COS Scholarship closes.

November 30th  - CSU and UC Applications close at 11:59 pm.

December 1st - Last chance for seniors to take the SAT and ACT.

FAFSA Application Workshop (12th grade only) - January 28, 2019 @ 6pm in the VUSD Board Room.

January 30th - Senior Portraits due to Mrs. Fraley for the Yearbook submission.

March 2nd - Last day to submit FAFSA.

COS INFORMATION

November 9th - COS Request Forms due to AVID teachers.

November 27th - Priority COS Registration at 8am in Room 4.  Students must have completed an on-line application at CCC Apply and a Concurrent HS Permission Form and bring their COS Request form prior to this date.
