STUDENT INFORMATION
1 More Saturday School offered for Seniors - Saturday April 27th. 8am-12noon in Room 7 with Mr. King.
Seniors -If you are interested in giving the Graduation Welcome Speech - please sign up in the office. Try-Outs are on April 25th at lunch in Room 4.
Community Service hours opportunity - Visalia Friendship House Spring Work Day - Saturday, April 27th from 9am-12Noon. See the flyer in the office and on the bulletin board.

* Duties: face painting, handing out materials

Community Service Hours opportunity: California Antique Farm Show that will be held next weekend. I am looking for students that are interested in fulfilling some community service hours that would like to assist in the kid's area on Saturday, April 13th from 8:00-5:00 p.m. The shifts will be as followed: 7:45-11:00 am; 10:45-2:00 pm; and 1:45-5:00 pm. The Antique Show is held at the International Agri-Center and the kids area is held inside Building C (now named the Corteva Agriscience Center). Sign up in the office if you are interested.
VTEC's ASB has join the other Visalia High Schools ASB's to organize a community service day and we are asking for donations for the Visalia Rescue Mission. Donations will be collected at the district office on April 27th from 8:00am-12Noon. Everyone who donates will get a raffle ticket for a VTEC basket raffle.
CCC Fresno Town Hall & College Fair -April 30th at 5pm in Fresno. Please see flyer in breezeway or see Mrs. Williams for more information.
PROM - Saturday, May 11th - 8pm-11pm at the Visalia Convention Center. $25 w/ASB sticker; $35 w/o sticker; $55 at the door. You must have permission slip to purchase a ticket. Tickets will be on sale the week of May 6th in the Finance Office from 1pm-4pm.
Students: If you order food to be delivered during lunch, the office will NOT accept the delivery. You must meet the delivery at the front gate.
Students if you are late to school Friday mornings - you will lose off campus lunch privileges for that day.
Students if you are tardy coming back from lunch on a Friday - you will lose lunch privileges for 5 days.
Students: Leaving campus for lunch is a privilege. That privilege is lost when you have 3 or more tardies (5 days campus restriction), are tardy on Friday morning (Friday only), have any grade below a C on your Quick Look Up, have attendance below 95%, or are on a Behavior Tier.
Students: Reminder - The front parking lot is for staff, parents and visitors only.
VTEC Decals - VTEC window decals are for sale in the office - $5.
Student Store -The Student Store will be open Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-3:00pm.
Students - The Student Store will be open to students during lunch Monday-Fridays.

SENIORS
Seniors - You must complete a Request for Transcript form prior to leaving school on June 6th. Mrs. Roebuck will send an official transcript to the college you indicate. Please note that Mrs. Roebuck's last day before summer is break is June 13th.
Final payment for Grad Nite is due April 11th by 4pm.
Jostens orders may now be placed by calling 1-800-Jostens, or visiting their office at 1222 W Murray Ave, Visalia, CA 93291. Orders are not accepted in the VTEC office.
Scholarship Awards Night - Thursday, May 2nd at 6pm at EDHS Theater.
Grad Nite - May 23rd and May 24th.
Graduation - Thursday, June 6th at 6pm at the LJ Williams Theater.
COS INFORMATION
COS students must attend class on Monday, April 22nd unless your instructors have said otherwise. Mr. Morgan's class WILL NOT meet on Monday April 22nd.
Students planning to take COS classes in summer/fall 2019 must have completed the following items per your COS Registration packet provided in AVID:
* Completed COS High School Permission Form
* A new online application if not currently enrolled in a COS class
* Completed COS Request form
Students who do not have all these items will not be able to register on April 30th.
Students planning to take English 001 with Mr. Morgan on M/W after school must complete a dual enrollment form. Check with Mrs. Williams for the form and to see whether you qualify for the class.
April 30th - COS Priority Registration will be held at VTEC Room 4 at 8am. Bring completed COS Request Form.
April 15-19th - COS Spring Break.
