STUDENT INFORMATION

Students if you are late to school Friday mornings - you will lose off campus lunch privileges for that day.

Students if you are tardy coming back from lunch on a Friday - you will lose lunch privileges for 5 days.

State FFA Convention applications are now available.  You can pick up an application from any Ag teacher.  Applications are due by March 1st, no exceptions.

Guide Dog for the Blind Parent Meeting - March 6th at 6:30pm in Room 4.  See Ms. Clunis for more information.

Blood Drive - Friday, March 8th - 8am-12Noon.  See Mrs. Wullschleger in Room 16 for more information.

Jostens will be on campus Friday, March 29th during AVID to hand out cap-n-gowns, graduation announcements, and any other items students have ordered.

VTEC Decals - VTEC window decals are for sale in the office - $5.

Student Store -The Student Store will be open Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Students - The Student Store will be open to students during lunch Monday-Fridays.

Students: Leaving campus for lunch is a privilege. That privilege is lost when you have 3 or more tardies (5 days campus restriction), are tardy on Friday morning (Friday only), have any grade below a C on your Quick Look Up, have attendance below 95%, or are on a Behavior Tier.

Students:  Reminder - The front parking lot is for staff, parents and visitors only.

Students:  If you order food to be delivered during lunch, the office will NOT accept the delivery.  You must meet the delivery at the front gate.

Yearbook Information - If you would like to submit pictures for consideration for use in the yearbook, please send them to vtecyb18 at gmail.com<mailto:vtecyb18 at gmail.com>.

Junior Parent Night - April 10, 2019 @ 6pm in the VUSD Board Room.

SENIORS

Seniors - You must complete a Request for Transcript form prior to leaving school on June 6th.  Mrs. Roebuck will send an official transcript to the college you indicate.  Please note that Mrs. Roebuck's last day before summer is break is June 13th.

The deadline to make your $50 Grad Nite deposit is Thursday, February 21st by 4pm.  Completed permission forms must accompany your deposit to reserve your spot on the bus.   There is limited seating and these two items will hold your spot on the bus.  See Mrs. Maaske in the office between 1-4pm daily to make your deposit and turn in your forms.   Final payment of $75.00 is due April 11th by 4pm.

SENIORS - The VTEC Scholarship Foundation and PTO Application is due by 4pm on March 27th.  We can use the same application you submitted for VTEC that was due Feb. 1st, or you can update it and submit a new one. See Mrs. Williams if you have any questions.

Jostens orders may now be placed by calling 1-800-Jostens, or visiting their office at 1222 W Murray Ave, Visalia, CA 93291.  Orders are not accepted in the VTEC office.

March 2nd - Last day to submit FAFSA.

Scholarship Awards Night - Thursday, May 2nd at 6pm at EDHS Theater.

Grad Nite - May 23rd and May 24th.

Graduation - Thursday, June 6th at 6pm at the LJ Williams Theater.

COS INFORMATION

March 5th - COS HS Permission Forms due to AVID Teacher.

March 29th -COS Request Forms due to AVID Teacher.

April 30th - COS Priority Registration will be held at VTEC Room 4 at 8am.  Bring completed COS Request Form.

Last Day to Drop COS Class with a "W" is March 22nd.

April 15-19th - COS Spring Break.
