STUDENT INFORMATION

Willow Glen Elementary is looking for scorekeepers and timers to assist with their elementary school basketball games.  If you are interested, please sign up in the office.  You can receive community service hours.

Community Service opportunity:- Volunteers are needed to work the Tulare County Hi 4 H food booth at the Farm Show February 12, 13, 14.   There are two shifts per day and 1 lunch per person will be provided at the booth.  Sign up in the office ASAP.  Students must have good grades, excellent attendance, work ethic, behavior, and professionalism.  This is not a school event, and parents must provide transportation for their student.  See Brittany Dempsey or Mrs. Williams for more information.

All VTEC Shirts On Sale - ONLY $5 - in the Student Store (open from1:30pm-3pm).

Denim & Diamond Tickets on Sale in the office -$50 per person.  Check or cash only.

CSU Bakersfield Workshop - March 16, 2019.  Check in begins at 7:30am.  Deadline to register is February 1, 2019.  See additional flyers or Mrs. Williams for more information.

Guide Dogs for the Blind - Informational meeting open to 9-11th grade students on February 6th during AVID in Room 11.  See Ms. Clunis for more information.

Seniors -The VTEC Scholarship Application has been emailed to you.  A printed copy is due in the office TODAY by 4pm.  See Mrs. Williams if you have questions.

Denim & Diamond Meetings - Every Thursday at 6pm in Room 4.

VTEC Decals - VTEC window decals are for sale in the office - $5.

Student Store -The Student Store will be open Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Students - The Student Store will be open to students during lunch Monday-Fridays.

Students: Leaving campus for lunch is a privilege. That privilege is lost when you have 3 or more tardies (5 days campus restriction), are tardy on Friday morning (Friday only), have any grade below a C on your Quick Look Up, have attendance below 95%, or are on a Behavior Tier.

Students:  Reminder - The front parking lot is for staff, parents and visitors only.

Students:  If you order food to be delivered during lunch, the office will NOT accept the delivery.  You must meet the delivery at the front gate.

SENIORS

Seniors -The VTEC Scholarship Application has been emailed to you.  A printed copy is due in the office prior to February 1st at 4pm.  See Mrs. Williams if you have questions.

Verissimo Photography will be on campus Wednesday, February 6th to take senior portraits.  Please be prepared to have your photo taken between 7:30am-9:30am.  Cap & Gown provided for the photo.  You must have your photo taken to appear in the yearbook.

Jostens orders may now be placed by calling 1-800-Jostens, or visiting their office at 1222 W Murray Ave, Visalia, CA 93291.  Orders are not accepted in the VTEC office.

March 2nd - Last day to submit FAFSA.

Scholarship Awards Night - Thursday, May 2nd at 6pm at EDHS Theater.

Grad Nite - May 23rd and May 24th.

Graduation - Thursday, June 6th at 6pm at the LJ Williams Theater.

COS INFORMATION

Last Day to Drop COS Class with a "W" is March 22nd.

February 15th - No COS Class - Lincoln's Birthday.

February 18th - No COS Class - President's Birthday.

April 15-19th - COS Spring Break.
