STUDENT INFORMATION

Senior Cap-N-Gown photo make-ups - Wednesday, February 11th at 9:15am.  More information to follow - dress appropriately.

Friday, February 14th will be an Extended Lunch with an extra 15 minutes for lunch.
Students may go off campus if you meet the following criteria:  From February 3rd to February 13th: No Unexcused Tardies, No Unexcused absences, No Behavior Incidents, No F's.

DENIM & DIAMOND TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN THE OFFICE.  COST IS $50 PER PERSON.  CASH OR CHECK ONLY.

DENIM & DIAMOND TABLE SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE.

Students who are interested in showing livestock with the VTEC FFA program are invited to attend the project informational meeting being held February 11th starting at 6:00PM in Room 4. Students and their parents must be present at this meeting in order to gain knowledge about different projects, the requirements for being able to exhibit a project, and important dates. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Clunis, Ms. VanAuken, or Mr. Wyrick.

Guide Dog Informational Meetings - February 27th-Informational meeting during AVID for students.  March 12th-Informational meeting in the evening for students and parents @ 6:00PM-7:00P in Room 4.  April 15th, 22nd, 29th, May 6th, 13th-5 week training course meeting dates. @ 6:00PM-7:00PM in Room 4

Incoming Freshmen - Parent Information Night - Thursday, February 13th at 6pm in Room 4.
Juniors - Junior Parent Night - Wednesday, April 22nd at 6pm at the VUSD District Office.

CSF Meeting Dates -CSF Meetings will be held on the following dates - all meetings held during lunch - March 4th, April 2nd and May 6th.  See Mrs. Fraley or Mrs. Williams if you have questions.

FFA Chapter Meeting Dates - March 3rd, April 1st and the Awards Presentation on May 14th.

Yearbook Information - VTEC Yearbook has created an Instagram. Check it out and post your own VTEC-related pictures to @vtecyb2020.

Students:  If you order food to be delivered during lunch, the office will NOT accept the delivery.  You must meet the delivery at the front gate.

Students:  Reminder - The front parking lot is for staff, parents and visitors only.

YEARBOOK INFORMATION

Yearbook Order Forms are available in the office.  Yearbooks are $55 from February 1 to April 30th; $60 until sold out. See Mrs. Sessions-Owens if you have any questions.

SENIOR INFORMATION

Seniors - You must complete a Request for Transcript form prior to leaving school on June 4th.  Mrs. Roebuck will send an official transcript to the college you indicate.  Please note that Mrs. Roebuck's last day before summer is break is June 12th.  FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE.
