**VTEC'S FALL 2021/2022 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN -

Go to the VTEC Website, Select the Fall 2021 Application and then complete the 9th Grade Interest Form.  The Application closes March 1st.

COS Students/Fall 2020 -  All COS/VTEC students - Please note that textbook reimbursements for the Fall 2020 semester are due to the office/Foundation by TODAY. Any reimbursements turned in after February 1, will not be honored.  Reimbursement forms are attached.  You must submit the Reimbursement form, Textbook Receipt and Final Grade.

Seniors - If you are in need of transcripts, please email Mrs. Roebuck at kroebuck at vusd.org<mailto:kroebuck at vusd.org>.  Please indicate if you need an Official Transcript or Unofficial Transcript.  Please include the address of where the transcript needs to be mailed.

Seniors - The VTEC website has an updated listing of all Scholarships.  Log onto the VTEC website, select Student Services, Scholarships and then look for Current Scholarships.  Good luck!

CSF is running their spring drive. Please go to the following google classroom and fill out the paperwork.  VTEC will print your transcripts and let you know if you qualify in the next few weeks. Email Mrs. Fraley (rfraley at vusd.org<mailto:rfraley at vusd.org>) with any questions you have. Class code:  3uwytqn.

There are a few FFA t-shirts and sweatshirts still available for sale. Shirts are $11 and Sweatshirts are $25. Please contact Ms. Van Auken at svanauken at vusd.us<mailto:svanauken at vusd.us> if you would like to purchase one.

Food Distribution will be THURSDAYS at VTEC from 10am-12Noon or 5pm-7pm.  This is for all students.

Yearbook Sales/Senior Yearbook Page Information:

Yearbooks are now $55. Yearbook sales will go through March, 2021 and will end on, Thursday, April 1, 2021.

Yearbook- Calling all pictures...the Yearbook staff would like to feature more pages dedicated to you (students and staff) and what you have been doing during Quarantine. These pages will feature: creative writing (poetry), art (painting, sculptures, etc...), hobbies (Rodeo, car racing, sports, camping, fishing, etc....), anything that you participated or did to occupy your time during this quarantine. Submit all photos and document to commpe.pictavo.com and provide a brief description of what you are submitting."

Senior Pages: Full Senior page $25, ½ Senior page $15.  : "Email all Senior page pictures and messages to: staylor at vusd.us<mailto:staylor at vusd.us>. Also, provide the name of the Senior (how you want it featured on the page) and any special instructions."  Senior page pictures and messages are due by: Friday, February 26, 2021.

Check or cash only, exact amount, please. Yearbook sales will go through the end of March.

Senior Scholarships

The Visalia Ed Foundation Scholarship now open!  Click on the link to apply:  www.visaliaedfoundation.org<http://www.visaliaedfoundation.org>.  The application is due by Friday, March 5th.



Attached is the Tulare County School Boards Association 2021 Scholarship Application. One senior will be chosen from each Tulare County high school to receive a $300 scholarship. Students will not be judged solely on high academic standards. Good citizenship, financial need, participation in extracurricular activities and community involvement will be considered.   The application must be typewritten or printed in black ink. Illegible applications will not be considered. All applications are to be emailed to your counselor (Mrs. Diaz at mdiaz04 at vusd.org<mailto:mdiaz04 at vusd.org>) by February 19, 2021.

Tulare County Cattlewomen Scholarship - Deadline March 1, 2021.  There are 3 different scholarships.  Contact Mrs. Diaz at mdiaz04 at vusd.org<mailto:mdiaz04 at vusd.org> for the scholarship application.
