Jostens will be on campus Wednesday, October 19th at 8:30am for cap-n-gown orders.

Jostens will return to campus on Wednesday, October 26th at 8:30am to take payment for the orders.  More information to follow.

CSU/UC Applications opens October 1st.   We will be hosting an Application Workshop on  November 2nd in Room 4 from 6pm-8pm.

FAFSA Workshop - November 10, 2022 at 5pm in Room 4.  All Seniors and parents invited.

Parents - The district has made COVID test kits available to families.  Contact the office if you ae in need of a COVID test kit.  FREE to VUSD families.

The VTEC Horticulture club is selling Domino's Pizza every Friday!  Pizza will be $2 a slice.

The Native American Youth Conference will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Fresno State from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. If you are interested in attending, please see Mrs. Lalanne for the permission forms. Deadline to sign up is October 14th.

YEARBOOKS are on sale in the office from 1pm-4pm.  Forms are available in the office.

Students Late From Lunch - If you are tardy returning to school following lunch, your ID will be taken and you will lose your off campus lunch privileges for 5 days.

Students late on Friday - If students are late to school on Friday, they will be assigned lunch detention.

Third party food deliveries will NOT be accepted in the office (parent lunch drop-off ok).  Students must meet third party deliveries during lunch only in front of the school.  Any deliveries before or after lunch will not be accepted.  Thank you -

Students - Friendly reminder that the front parking lot is for staff and visitors only.  There is student parking in the lot north of the office.  Thank you -

**Link to a VTEC Google Scholarship Spreadsheet is available on the 2023 Schoology page.  The spreadsheet identifies scholarships that have due dates each month.  The spreadsheet will be updated as we become aware of different scholarships so make sure you check it frequently.  If you have any questions or need assistance in completing applications, please do not hesitate to come see Mrs. Lalanne.

COS Information ~

Attention VTEC students who want to take a COS class during the spring 2023 semester:
Please attend a COS Information Meeting and Admissions Application Workshop.
Note: You will have to sign up for these meetings during your wolverine time.
Available COS Information Meeting and Admissions Application Workshop Dates:
Thursday, October 20, 2022
 All COS permission forms are due to Mrs. Hulsey by Tuesday, October 25, 2022

COS Scholarship Application Information-

If you are planning on attending COS in the fall, you can apply for 100s of scholarships with one application. Application must be submitted by November 21, 2022. If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Lalanne or Mrs. Hulsey.

COS Students that will Continue or Transfer:

COS students simply need to log on to their MyGiant single sign-on portal and click Foundation Scholarship.



Incoming COS Students:

All incoming (high school students) without a COS Banner ID will create an account and login on subsequent site visits via Scholarship Manager<https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/hjk9C73BrmfzypE7sWUUmC?domain=nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com>.

Incoming students who have a COS Banner ID will login via MyGiant.
