Harvest Dance is coming - September 24th at GWHS from 8pm-11pm.  Tickets are $20 per person with ASB/$25 without ASB and $35 at the door.  Student ID required to purchase tickets.  Tickets go on sale Monday, September 19th.  Tickets will be sold in the office from 1pm-4pm.

Spanish Club kindly invites you to join us for a Meet & Greet with the Candidates running for office this year. Bring your lunch on Friday September 16th to Room 16, we'll be playing Lotería for Treats!  Hope to see you there!

Spirit Wear Available for Purchase - The wait is over.  Many have been asking about how to order VTEC Spirit Wear.  We are working with a company and they have set-up an on-line store for us - use link provided:  https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/aZdkC68AqltoK6KKtpIbm0?domain=store.areswear.com.  Link also available on the VTEC website.

The VTEC School Site Council will be starting this month.  We need a couple of parents to sit on the School Site Council (SSC) as parent representatives. The first SSC meeting will be September 22nd.
VTEC's Harvest Festival and Pancake Breakfast is Back!  Saturday, October 15th from 7am-11am.  Tickets will be available for purchase in the office or at the event for $5.  More information to follow.
Fresno State Super Saturday African American College and Career Summit -Saturday, October 15th from 8am-2:30pm.  See Mrs. Diaz or Mrs. Lalanne for more information if you are interested.
Students Late From Lunch - If you are tardy returning to school following lunch, your ID will be taken and you will lose your off campus lunch privileges for 5 days.

Third party food deliveries will NOT be accepted in the office (parent lunch drop-off ok).  Students must meet third party deliveries during lunch only in front of the school.  Any deliveries before or after lunch will not be accepted.  Thank you -

Scholarship Foundation -


Harvest Festival & Pancake Breakfast Planning meeting - Thursday, September 15th at 6pm in Room 4.  The Harvest/Pancake Breakfast event is scheduled for Saturday, October 15th on the VTEC campus from 7:30AM until 11:00AM. Please join us as we plan for a chance to attend an amazing event!


Scholarship Foundation meeting will be October 6th at 6pm in Room 4.  All VTEC parents are welcome.  Board elections to be held.

Seniors -

Jostens will be on campus Wednesday, October 19th at 8:30am for cap-n-gown orders.  Jostens will return to campus on Wednesday, October 26th at 8:30am to take payment for the orders.  More information to follow.
