Homecoming Dress-Up Week (Oct. 9-13)

*         Monday, Oct. 9   -  PJ Day

o    Dress-up in your favorite PJs

*         Tuesday, Oct. 10   -  Character/Artist Day

o    Dress- up as your favorite animation character, real life character, music artist, etc.

*         Wednesday, Oct. 11   -  Pink Out Day

o    Dress-up in your Breast Cancer awareness attire or anything Pink

*         Thursday, Oct. 12   -   Twin Day

o    Dress-up the same as another person, or a group.

*         Friday, Oct. 13   -   School Spirit

o    Dress-up in your VTEC gear or anything blue and orange. like a fun orange tutu.


All 10th Grade Students -Report to the MPR on October 5th at 8:30am - you will be taking the PSAT.  Students who arrive late will not be admitted.


VTEC's Spanish Club cordially invites you to their MONTHLY Meeting; Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 @ Lunch in Room 16.  Bring your lunch and be ready to make some Authentic Arts and Crafts to continue celebrating our Hispanic Heritage Month 2023!

Yearbooks and Senior pages also for sale in the office.  Forms are in the office.

COS Application Workshops will be held during RTI on October 10th.  Be sure to sign up for the workshop if you are interested in signing up for a COS class for the spring semester.

Pancake Breakfast -Saturday, October 14th.  Tickets are on sale in the office.  $5/each cash or check only.


Senior Cap-N-Gown Presentations - October 10th and October 17th.  The presentation will be during RTI in Room 4.  All seniors have been assigned during RTI to the Cap-N-Gown Presentation.

Picture Make-Ups - Wednesday, October 18th.  More information to follow.

Seniors -Per Board Policy you must have an Attendance Percentage of at least 94% to walk during the graduation ceremony. Not sure what your attendance percentage is?  Ask Mrs. Roebuck or Mrs. Diaz.

The Horticulture club will be selling Dominos Pizza every Friday for $2 dollars a slice.  Come and enjoy warm slice of pizza with your friends!  Cash only.

SCICON Counselors -SCICON Counselors needs for October 30-November 3 and May 6-10.  Pick up an Application in the front office.  Open to Juniors and Seniors only.  See Mrs. Lalanne or Mrs. Roebuck with any questions.

Students - Friendly reminder that the front parking lot is for staff and visitors only.  There is student parking in the lot north of the office.  Thank you -

Students Late From Lunch - If you are tardy returning to school following lunch, your ID will be taken and you will lose your off campus lunch privileges for 5 days.

Students late on Friday - If students are late to school on Friday, they will be assigned lunch detention.


Attention 10th - 12th grade students:  You will not be allowed to leave campus if you have any of the following grade combinations.   We are only using PowerSchool as an indicator of your grades and the list will be updated every two weeks.



*         Two or more Fs

*         One F and any Ds

*         3 Ds

FFA Calendar of Events is attached.  Please see your Ag Teacher or the front office with any questions.
