STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

* Athletics is selling pizza Friday, $2 a slice and $1 for a water.

*  There is still time to sign up for CJSF (California Junior Scholarship Federation).  Please come before or after school, and bring your report card and $1 to Mrs. Gibson in room 101 or Mrs. Allen in room 503!  Don't miss out on being a part of this prestigious society!!  Friday is the last day to sign up for CJSF.

* Cafeteria News
If you are interested in working in the cafeteria during lunch, please see Mrs. McLeroy in the cafeteria before school or at break.  Both grades are needed.

*Saturday University
"Missed Saturday University last weekend?? No Problem! Saturday University will be held again this Saturday, January 27th. Make up those absences before those absences make up YOU!"

* ASB News
You picked it!!! With almost 50% of the votes,  our next dance will be a Hawaiian Luau. Thank you to the hundreds of students that cast a vote. The dance will be February 23rd . This will be our last dance, so save the date.


SPORTS NEWS

The wrestling team defeated Green Acres 98-9 on Thursday.  The following wrestlers won their matches: Jeremy Garibay, Jacob Cervantes, Christian Gonzalez, Moises Luna, Max Quinn,    Makai Puga, Eddie Ramirez, Damien Luna, Daniel Lopez, Dominic Houston, Lindsey Bishop, Silvia Romero, Isaiah Delia.  Great job team!

Monday 1/22

All Girls Basketball and Soccer is at JFK (Hanford), release all players at 2:15, games start at 3:30.
All Boys Basketball and Soccer is home vs. JFK (Hanford), release soccer players at 2:55. Soccer starts at 3:30, Basketball at 4:00.
