STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

* Band is selling pizza today, $2 a slice and $1 for a water.
* It's that time!  CJSF (California Junior Scholarship Federation) sign-ups began yesterday, January 18th.  Please come before or after school, and bring your report card and $1 to Mrs. Gibson in room 101 or Mrs. Allen in room 503!  Don't miss out on being a part of this prestigious society!!

*Today is the last day to sign up for tomorrow's Saturday University. Have a friend sign up with you and receive 10 Pride Tickets for attending. Students who attend will also be entered in a drawing for a Starbucks gift card. Go to the La Joya website to sign up today!



SPORTS NEWS


Friday 1/19

8th Grade Boys Basketball are at home for the 2nd Annual Al Wiley Classic.  Release the players at 2:45, Game time is 3:30 vs. Divisadero.

Saturday 1/20

8th Grade Boys Basketball continue play in the Al Wiley Classic.
8th Grade Boys Soccer is at Rio Vista Middle School for a tournament.  Game times TBD.
