Today is a Fun Friday bell schedule

Good morning Explorers, let's remember to have La Joya PRIDE in everything we do!


STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

*Today is Fun Friday!  Quesadilla Gorilla, Twitty's Doghouse, Dominos, Jamba Juice and Kona Ice will be on campus!   Get ready to have some fun, and enjoy some great food! During Fun Friday, Ms. Kenyon will be hosting Karaoke in Room 501, Ms. Rodriguez will be showing a movie in Room 401, and Mr. O'Brien will be hosting Brawlhalla (video game) in Room 203.  All events are on a first come, first served basis.

*There will be no school on Monday, Nov. 11th in observance of Veterans Day.

*Blankets
Students, as the weather continues to cool, please do not bring/wear blankets to school.

*The La Joya play is this weekend!  Go see "30 Reasons To Not Be In A School Play", at the El Diamante Theatre tonight at 7pm and Saturday Nov. 9th at 2pm and 7pm.  Tickets are $10.  Go see this hilarious show!

*Athletics is selling pizza today during lunch, $2 a slice and $1 for a water.  Yearbook will be selling pizza and water during Fun Friday.

*Students, please do not bring any type of glass containers onto campus.   Thank you.

JV Boys Awards will be today at 3:30, after school in the gym.


parent ANNOUNCEMENTS

The next PTSA meeting will be held Monday, Nov. 18th at 5:30pm in the Library.
