Good morning Explorers, let's remember to have La Joya PRIDE in everything we do!


STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

*AVID is selling pizza today, $2 a slice and $1 for a water.
*Picture retakes are this Thursday, Oct. 3rd.    If you would like to have your picture taken, please stop by the Pathfinder office.  If you are retaking pictures, please bring your original picture packet with you on Thursday.

*If you have an emergency card, please bring it to the student window before school, at break, lunch or after school.  For those who do not turn in an emergency card, or have one filled out online, lunch detentions are being assigned.

*Students the science trip to Monterey Bay is halfway full. If you are still interested in going please register as soon as possible with your science teacher.

*Hey students!  Are you bummed that you missed the deadline for the 2020 D.C./Virginia trip?  The deadline to sign up has been extended!  If you are interested (and you know you are), see Ms. Austerman in Room 407 for details!

ALL Fall Sports practice @ 3:30pm

Wednesday 10/2

8th football Home vs. Divisadero @ 4:00pm
7th football  Home vs. Green Acres 4:00pm
Volleyball @ Valley Oak 3:30pm (release time 2:45pm)

Cross Country practice after school
