Student Notes

1. Landed a job and need a work permit?  Come to the front office and pick up an application with Mrs. Villalobos
2. Juniors and Seniors if you are interested in becoming a Scicon counselor and are in good standing with grades and attendance please see Mrs. Villalobos in the main office for available dates.


3. Preseason girls JV and Varsity soccer meeting for all athletes planning on playing soccer will be Wednesday 8/23/23 3:30-4:30, right after school in room S-12.

4. Back to School Night will be Monday August 28th information will be sent out at a later time.

5. Yearbooks are on sale now for the lowest price of the year!  They can be purchased online at Jostens.com or in room B-207.  Cost is $90 and the price will go up soon, so get yours now

6. “The weight room is open after school Monday thru Friday for an after school Fitness class. Please, come on over and join us in your fitness journey.”

“Library is open before school starts, come in and stay cool on these hot mornings!”

“XL is looking for tutors – come to S11 to get your application.”

9. Mrs. Allan special needs class needs peer tutors for 2-5th period.  You will receive a grade in the class and the special needs students really enjoy having their peers help them with their classwork.  Please come by if you're interested.  Thank You!

10. Link Crew Club meeting on TODAY, August 17 at lunch in K7. If you participated in Freshmen Orientation, please join us. Bring your lunch! We will choose this year's officers and discuss our involvement in Homecoming.

Club Notes:

“Chess Club meets Wednesday and Thursday during Lunch next to the Cafeteria. Show up and get checkmated! We also meet after-school Wednesdays in the Library. Come on by and play a few games.”

 Upcoming Events:

Workability/Student Worker Orientation is TODAY August 17th  10:30-11:30 in the PE Classroom.  Requirements are 16 and over, who has an IEP. Any questions please contact India Holliquest.
