Good morning Explorers, let's remember to have La Joya PRIDE in everything we do!


STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

* Looking for something to do this Saturday?  You can play some sports with Mr. Hunt, get caught up on assignments with Ms. Mederos, work in the garden with Ms. Sayre, or if you are in the play this is your rehearsal time. On top of that, attending helps you make up an unexcused absence. *If you have an emergency card, please bring it to the student window before school, at break, lunch or after school.  For those who do not turn in an emergency card, or have one filled out online, lunch detentions are being assigned.

*Hey students!   Great news!  The deadline to sign up for the 2020 D.C./Virginia trip has been extended to Oct. 31st!   Find Ms. Austerman in Room 407, for what are sure to be exciting details!  This will be an awesome trip!

*Band is selling pizza tomorrow, $2 a slice and $1 for a water.
