Good morning Explorers, let's remember to have La Joya PRIDE in everything we do!


STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS



*Be an honor graduate! CJSF Sign-ups have begun.  Bring your semester report card and $1 due to Ms. Sayre in room 101 or Mrs. Allen in room 503 to see if you qualify to be a member of this prestigious society.  Sign-ups end tomorrow, February 7th,  so don't delay!!

* There will be no school on Monday, Feb. 10th, it is a Staff Development Day.

* Looking for something to do this Saturday. Come to Saturday Academy.  You can get work done with Ms. Moore, watch movies with Ms. Austerman, or audition for the play with Mr. Morris.   On top of that, attending helps you make up an unexcused absence. Sign up through the La Joya website, and encourage a friend to sign up too.


Sports ANNOUNCEMENTS


Thursday 2/6

Home Wrestling Dual vs Valley Oak @ 4:00pm (release time 3:00pm).
Basketball/soccer practice after school 3:30pm.


Friday 2/7

No practice.
